Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during our interaction. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technologies, and customer data.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their operations comply with relevant local, regional and international regulations relating to biomedical waste management, laundry and waste water treatment.
Any intellectual property developed during the course of our services will remain the property of MEDIAID unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party has the right to terminate the services with written notice. Termination may be subject to specific conditions mentioned in the contract.
Although every effort is made to provide reliable and effective services, MEDIAID is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.
